INFORMATION & AGREEMENTS

How photographers, including myself, charge for photos varies based on travel expenses, time in person, time editing the photos, equipment wear and tear, and more.

When you take these factors into account, and compare local prices to the prices listed above, it is leagues below what the average photographer charges for twofold the work.

Keep in mind, Raw Photos are unedited; however, that does NOT mean they are low quality. This just means they are sent straight to you without editing. Standard editing includes cropping, color correction, sharpening images, and white balance correction. High Resolution Edited photos include everything listed above + background adjustment, image retouching, advanced color grading, and more personalized to you! Depending on your package and surge in requests, it could take 3-5 business days to receive your photos.

You're expected to have read this COMPLETELY if you're booking with me, regardless of whether it's through this website or through my personal contacts. You're 100% liable for any additional fees and taxes that are present.

TRAVEL EXPENSES:

Due to the surge in requests and the rising cost of travel expenses, there is a Travel Expense. The Travel Expense is 7.99$ every 10 Miles. (Excluding the Deluxe and Premium Package)

TAX RATES:

The Tax rate within Indianapolis, Indiana, is 7%, and that is the tax rate that will be applied to every order after discounted prices.

ON-SITE KNOWLEDGE AGREEMENT:

You understand you are to be at your shooting date location on time with no exception. If you're late, regardless of the reason, you're liable and will not be given any extra time. If you're going to be late, it is recommended that you contact me (Information Below) as soon as possible, regardless of the situation. If you don't, you're completely liable. If you need to reschedule the day, you must do so at LEAST a full 48 hours before your shooting date. If you're going to reschedule the time, you must do so no later than 3 hours before your shooting time. Any reschedule request within 48 hours of your shooting date may be declined at the photographer's discretion. If you're unsatisfied with your images, please contact me as soon as possible for a possible reschedule depending on the circumstances. There is no guaranteed refund or reschedule if you're not satisfied with your images. If any weather conditions occur PRIOR to your booking time that create an unsafe or not ideal environment for photography, you may reschedule at the photographer's earliest convenience. If on-site, any weather conditions occur that create an unsafe or unideal environment for photography, you reschedule the any time you have left in your shoot.

OVERTIME POLICY:

If, for any reason, the photoshoot goes over its desired time, considering the circumstances, you may be charged a 30$ fee in addition to your remaining balance, then 60$ every hour after that. (30$ Every 30 Minutes).

PAYMENT AGREEMENT:

You understand that to set a shooting date, you must pay your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. You also understand that you're required to pay the remaining balance no longer than 48 hours after your shooting date, regardless of when you receive the material. If paying in cash, you must pay before the images are shot. If you pay any later than 48 hours after your shooting date without prior notice, you will not receive your photos and will be charged an additional late fee of 20$.

LIABILITY AGREEMENT:

Booking with me means you understand that if you’re at fault for breaking any equipment, you will pay the FULL price of the equipment you’ve broken, plus any additional fees from the photo shoot. You also understand that touching any equipment without permission from the photographer can warrant a 75$ fine, damages included.

IMAGE RIGHTS AGREEMENT:

You're entitled to use any of the images you've paid for. However, by booking, you grant permission for images to be used in marketing, portfolio, or promotional material unless you request otherwise in writing before your shoot.

CONDITION AGREEMENT:

Booking with me (Paying the deposit) means you agree to the listed price + the listed additional fees, and you’ve read through all of the above.

IF YOU PRE-PAY FOR A PACKAGE IN FULL, IT WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER YOU'RE CONTACTED REGARDING A DATE/TIME FOR YOUR PHOTOSHOOT WITHIN 48 HOURS. IF YOU'RE NOT CONTACTED WITHIN 48, DON'T HESITATE TO REACH OUT.
